If you're behind the 8-ball now it's your own fault. On the other hand, it's not like it hasn't been obvious this was coming for years. Sucks for all the people who are expert SIMPL and VTPro users who have to learn an entirely new paradigm. There's literally nothing stopping you right now from hosting a websocket in C# on your processor and connecting to it from a PWA hosted on the processor (or anywhere else). The only reason you should need to pay Crestron a licensing fee to use their implementation of xPanel is because you don't know those languages well enough to write your own.
Brush up on your C#, HTML5, CSS, and Javascript kids.
